I'd pay maybe $80 with taxes to stay there again, but no more than that. I paid like $120 a day with taxes and valet. There was no room to put your own drinks in there. I didn't like the fact that the fridge was a 'pay what you take one'. The hallways and elevator area are pretty nice and unique. The outside of the hotel is not the best, the inside lobby is pretty glamorous. (But I think this is just a certain LA type attitude) The front desk people did not speak the best English and weren't the politest. The valet boy was more professional and friendlier than the front desk staff as I later noticed. I didn't like the fact that they charge for valet, even if it was $2 a day. Upon arriving, I hated that the parking was very confusing and I didn't want to carry my bag for a block or two, so I used the valet service. This place, the hotel, and the casino, gave me a pretty poor view of LA. It was my first time being in the LA area, so I didn't know really what to expect.
